Privacy Policy

RallyMixer operates rallymixer.com, a badminton pickup round organiser.

What we collect

• Player names you enter are stored locally on your device only. They are not sent to any server unless you start a Live Room session.
• Live Room sessions sync player names, round schedules, and scores between devices in real time using Google Firebase Firestore. Room data is automatically deleted 7 days after creation.
• We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to personalise ads based on your activity on this and other sites. Learn how Google uses data when you use our site at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You can opt out at Google's Ads Settings.
• We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner — see Google's privacy policy. In-app actions, such as creating or joining a Live Room, are tracked the same way as page views.

Cookies

We do not set cookies until you choose to accept them. On your first visit we ask for consent before loading Google Analytics or personalising AdSense ads; declining keeps both in a cookieless, denied state (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time: manage cookie preferences. See Google's cookie policy for details.

Tips

If you choose to tip, a payment form from Ko-fi (ko-fi.com) opens in a window on the page. Ko-fi is only loaded when you open that window or visit the Tip jar page, and it may set its own cookies when it does. Payments are handled by Ko-fi and its payment partners under Ko-fi's privacy policy. RallyMixer never sees or stores your card details.
